Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company (MPC, MetIncPowerCo) seeks to engage the entire community in our work without regard to race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, age, gender, gender identity, & expression, disability, sexual orientation, veteran-status, familial status or socio-economic status. MetIncPowerCo’s vision and mission center on inclusion, equity, and bringing community stakeholders together to create diverse learning opportunities. Our vision is that “the earlier historically underserved citizens have access to equitable education, all individuals and families thrive – a community where everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy life, acquire the education and skills they need to earn a good living and have a roof over their heads.”

MetIncPowerCo program priorities are intentionally aligned to the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Child Well-Being Agenda to reinforce and inform our equity and inclusivity agenda, focused on addressing the systemic issues that put Greater Atlanta and surrounding counties at the bottom of the list of U.S. cities in terms of opportunity and mobility for low-income children and make a child’s zip code of birth into their destiny. Child Well-being is the presence of the opportunity, resources and social supports for children to meet their full human potential, regardless of zip code.
